Dr. Tamarappoo is a staff cardiologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He completed his fellowship in advanced cardiac imaging in July 2010 and is board certified with expertise in cardiac CT, magnetic resonance imaging, SPECT, and PET. Dr. Tamarappoo's clinical and research interests include myocardial SPECT and PET; MRI-based evaluation of cardiovascular disease; transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography; CT-bases assessment of coronary artery stenoses, coronary anomalies, and LV function; and use of new PET imaging tracers.
